” The goal of the designers of codenamed “E-Car” was to create a car so recognizable that it could be identified from a block away. Ultimately, the “E-Car” Special Products Division was the impetus of what would become the Edsel Division, named after Henry II’s father Edsel Ford. The Edsel brand however was short-lived, perhaps in part due to poor timing with the onset of the economic recession occurring in 1958.
With Power Steering, getting in and out of tight spaces is made much easier and improves the overall drivability of the car. Bringing this Bermuda Station to a stop is made simpler with Power Brakes as well. The exterior on this Bermuda is finished in its original color scheme, Ember Red and Frost White, which really helps this Wagon stand out in a crowd!
