Lincoln, which would become a major competitor to luxury brands such as Cadillac, Duesenberg, Pierce Arrow and others, was founded in 1917 by Henry M. Leland who had previously been with Cadillac Motors. Ford acquired Lincoln out of receivership in 1923.

Other recent mechanical work includes fresh power brakes, power steering, wiring, and a new gas tank. The car has been fully restored, with the engine and transmission only having less than 4,000 miles on the rebuild. The interior is just as nice as the outside, and when you open the doors, you’ll be treated to a luxurious and comfortable tan and brown leather bench seats.
