The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void.
