Meticulously Restored to the Highest Possible Standards This 1957 300C Convertible was developed by Chrysler for the brand new NASCAR series and it was the fastest production car of the year. With a roaring 392 Hemi with a three-speed Torqueflite automatic, dual quads and a new dual arm front suspension, these highly desirable muscle cars achieved top speeds of over 130 MPH gliding down the open road. Only 2,402 examples were produced in that maiden year with a mere 484 as convertibles.
A glance under the hood of this ’57 Chrysler 300C Roadster will make any discerning collector smile as the factory 392 V-8 is new in appearance. Not only has each component been fully restored in appearance and function, but you’ll also find like new hoses, brackets, washers, nuts and screws. With optimal alignment throughout and professional paint, this incredible rare example possibly looks better today than it did leaving the dealership over 60 years ago.
