And not only was this body style great for extra cargo, it also happened to have one of the best profiles around as the long rear end has plenty of space to develop the smooth curve. Plymouth used less chrome than some of their competitors, which gives the green paint on this one an uncluttered and more modern appearance. Plus, upgrades like the clear headlights (with built-in turn signals) and frenched license plate really add to an extra smooth look.
It starts with GM’s 350 cubic-inch small block in the engine bay. This one looks terrific with plenty of polished components, and a cool matching ribbed texture on the air topper, valve covers, and master cylinder (you’ll see in the undercarriage photos that even the pans are ribbed, too.)
